Which card-pulling sites publish their odds, RTP and buyback rates
Before you pay for a pack, you should be able to see the odds, what the pack is worth on average and what the site pays if you sell a card back. On 24 October 2026 we checked each platform's own site, help centre, terms and app listing and recorded what it publishes. Sites that show more come first. Pack outcomes are random: published numbers describe the average, not your next pack. 18+.
How to read the table
- Odds: the chance of each value band or rarity tier, shown before you buy.
- Expected value (RTP): the average card value the site says a pack returns, as a share of its price. Platforms state it themselves; nobody audits it.
- Buyback: the share of a card's market value the site pays if you sell the card back, and what it pays in. Site credit, coins and points can't be withdrawn as cash.
- Provably fair: the site publishes a way to check each pull wasn't changed after you paid.

SlabX isn't listed: it's a graded-card marketplace with a free prize draw rather than a pack-opening site, and the draw doesn't publish odds.
What the numbers don't tell you
Every figure here is what the platform states about itself. A 100% expected value means the average card is worth the pack price at the site's own valuation, before shipping, grading or selling costs, and most single packs land below the average. Returns measured in points, common on Japanese oripa sites, are in the site's own currency, not cash.
A missing number isn't proof of a bad deal, and a published one isn't a promise. Use the table to see what you can check before paying, then decide whether to open anything beyond a free pack.
Questions
- Which card-pulling sites publish their odds?
- Most do. Nearly every platform here shows percentage odds before you buy, on each pack page or in the app. A few show how many cards of each tier a pack contains instead of percentages.
- What does RTP or expected value mean for a card pack?
- It's the average value of the cards in a pack compared with its price, as the platform values them. 100% means the average card is worth the pack price; most single packs come in below that and a few far above.
- Is a site that publishes a 100% expected value a good deal?
- It means the platform says its packs return their price on average at its own card valuations. A buyback below 100%, shipping, grading and fees all cut what you'd actually get, so treat it as a ceiling rather than an expected profit.
- Why do some returns say 'in points'?
- Some sites, mostly Japanese oripa sites, measure returns in their own buyback points. Points can only be spent on the site, so a high points return isn't cash you can withdraw.
- What does provably fair mean?
- The site publishes a way to verify each pull, usually by committing to a secret seed before you open and revealing it afterwards, so you can check the result wasn't changed after you paid. It shows the draw wasn't altered; it doesn't improve the odds.
